If you are having problems listening to the audio broadcast there are a number of things that you should consider when diagnosing the problem. These can be grouped under the following sections:

Operating System
Internet Browser
Media Player
Broadband connection

If you make any changes to your settings, or login more than 30 minutes prior to the live webcast, please close your browser entirely, refresh your page to re-connect to the audiocast.

Operating System
The video broadcast is best viewed on a Windows based PC using the any of the following operating systems:
IE & Firefox on Windows Me
IE & Firefox on Windows 2000
IE & Firefox on Windows XP
IE & Firefox on Windows XP Pro
IE on Windows Vista
IE in Windows 7

These operating systems support at least Windows Media Player Version 9 which is a minimum requirement to listen to the audio stream.

Mac Users

Unfortunately Mac users may experience some problems and are not fully supported at this time. Many Macs users can successfully view the webcast content using Windows Media player for Mac or other compatible players such as flip4mac but some may still have difficulties.
Please be conscious that the broadcast is being implemented in Windows Media format and whilst there are a number plug-ins for Macs which enable you to play these files they can be unstable, particularly for LIVE broadcasts.

Internet Browser

There are a number of possible Internet Browsers used to view pages on the internet. These include Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Netscape, and Safari (Mac).

Broadband Connections - if you are having problems listening to the stream continuously and there is regular "buffering" or the audio stream is freezing, the problem could be with your broadband connection.
